  • Valid passport (at least one year validity)
  • Certificate of Employment or relevant work experience
  • NBI Clearance
  • Valid IDs (e.g., UMID, PhilHealth, TIN)
  • PEOS Certificate (online)
Other requirements may apply depending on the country or job.

3. Do I need work experience to get a job abroad?

Many jobs require at least 1โ€“2 years of experience, especially skilled positions. However, some employers accept first-time OFWs for certain roles such as housekeeping, hospitality, or factory work.

4. Is there an age limit for applying abroad?

Most countries require workers to be between 23 and 45 years old, but this may vary depending on the job and employer. Some countries accept applicants up to 50 years old for certain positions.

5. Do I need to pay placement fees?

We strictly adhere to ethical recruitment guidelines. For most destinations covered by a No Placement Fee policy, no fees are collected from workers. In cases where a placement fee is allowed specifically by the employer, all costs will be clearly disclosed in advance and official receipts will be issued for full transparency.

6. How can I avoid illegal recruitment?

To protect yourself:

  • Apply only through licensed agencies like Wizard International Manpower Services, Inc.
  • Do not give payments to individuals outside the office or without official receipts
  • Always check job offers with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW)
  • Never accept job offers from social media accounts with no physical office

7. How long does it take to get deployed?

If youโ€™re selected by an employer and your documents are complete, the process can take 1 to 3 months. Some jobs require faster deployment, while others depend on visa processing and employer schedules.

8. What is the DMW and why do I need to register?

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) is the government agency that regulates and protects OFWs. You must be registered and documented with DMW to leave the country legally and be protected while working abroad.

9. What support do you give after Iโ€™m deployed?

We maintain communication with our deployed workers and can assist with any issues involving your job, employer, or contract. You may also contact the Philippine Embassy or MWO (Migrant Workers Office) in your country of employment.
